From elaborate to understated, curtain heading styles speak volumes about attention to detail. At Unique Curtains and Blinds, we have three main curtain headings – although we can accommodate virtually any finish you want.

wave heading

A classic and contemporary style, the wave heading allows curtains to hang beautifully, with wide even folds. This is by far our most popular style, and creates a soft, luxurious ambience in your room.

inverted pleat

With clever stitching, the inverted pleat creates a simple, modern look and requires slightly less fabric than some other styles. Curtains hang beautifully and stack neatly when the fabric is drawn back from the window.

pinch pleating

A traditional header, which creates a more formal look in your home. The pleats can be made in any size, with triple and double pleats the most popular.

Using our skills for a quality outcome

All our curtain headings are made to the highest standard. We use state-of-the-art machinery and our blind stitching is almost invisible. We also use variable sized, clear tape in our headings, so you won't see the curtain tracks or hooks, even through the sheerest of fabrics.
